1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
Zest of one Orange
Juice of Half an Orange
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Add your strawberries to a medium saucepan, then add your orange zest, juice, and a pinch of salt and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Stir occasionally to help them break down. You’re looking for the sauce to thicken and there will be some pieces of strawberries still visible.
