Frequently said to be “the best cornbread ever tasted” by numerous reviews, this crispy edged, luscious cornbread dotted with bits of cheddar and jalapeño will put it at the top of your list. All you have to do is pop it in the oven for 20-30 minutes, then you’ll be ready to share, or keep it all for yourself, with friends and family as a nice addition to a meal.   • 1 Quart Unbaked Cheddar & Jalapeño Cornbread Batter
  • 1 Honey Butter Set (honey + butter)


    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat a small 6 or 8-inch cast iron pan over medium heat then melt a tablespoon of butter in it, making sure you cover the sides of the pan. This will give it a nice crispy edge. Take it off the heat once the butter is melted.
    2. Pour the batter into your buttered pan, filling it about halfway up the side, and bake until the cornbread has risen and is lightly brown on top, 20 to 30 minutes.
    3. Smear the top of the cornbread with softened butter, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with a little smoked sea salt.
